Skin Culturable Microbiota in Farmed European Seabass (Dicentrarchuslabrax) in Two Aquacultures with and without Antibiotic Use

This study examined culturable skin microbiota that was associated with farmed European seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax). Healthy were sampled during summer commercial harvest from one conventional fish farm where antibiotics are used, and another practicing a certified antibiotic-free aquaculture. Physicochemical microbiological analysis of seawater sediment performed, as well determination bacteria, including Vibrio, swabs at both farms.
